1 Million Training Sessions!! And Barbell Giveaway!!
24/08/2017 Duração: 10minEnd of Three Fitness has completed a huge milestone of 1,000,000 training sessions completed over the last 6 years!! And so we are giving away a FREE Rogue Fitness Barbell!! All you have to do is leave a 5-Star Review and positive comment and you are entered to win!! To be honest, this was never a goal we set out to achieve. It was something we realized would be possible about 6 months ago after pulling workouts, training session archives, etc. Now, if you are wondering how the math works out on something like 1 Million Training Sessions...If you were to have 641 athletes complete 5 training sessions per week for 6 years, you'd be at 1,000,000 training sessions. No easy task. Obviously, the math for us has been more exponential in nature and not a perfect average over the last 6 years. Having run many programs simultaneously, multiple iterations of programs like SHRED and ACCELERATE, over 5,000 athletes using One Man One Barbell, posting daily workouts for 6 YEARS, over 1,000 Garage Gym Athletes killing i

Recovery, Heart Rate Variability, Improving the Aerobic System, and What Fitness Really is…
10/08/2017 Duração: 16minIn this podcast, I discuss Recovery, Heart Rate Variability, Improving the Aerobic System, and What it Fitness Really is… With two main takeaways: If you are the person who goes to train and you run yourself into a wall every single time. Feels like you got a good workout, and you sweat. I want to ask you how long have you been doing that? After your initial progress, have you seen any sustainable gains in your fitness? The answer is probably no. And I’d challenge you to work on sustaining your power output over time. Do aerobic work! It’s easy. Go outside and walk for an hour. Or jog for 20-30 minutes...AT A SUSTAINABLE power output. Don’t over complicate the aerobic system. And don’t try and cheat it either. Like I said earlier...Unfortunately, the aerobic system takes time (a lot of time) to develop. No quick fix on this one. No scientific shortcut or new 6-min training system that can make up for putting in easy, long duration work.
