I have been changing my life with intentionally adding the fun things into it! Being conscious of what and why I am doing this is making me want to add more! I took a walk in the snow this morning, painted for 5 minutes on my VanGogh Starry Night paint by number!! Read from my Christmas murder mystery book! These things are creating anticipation of whats yet to come! I can tell you that with the frequency of anticipation I will do more and not even have to worry over the have to do's! Amazing! I can't believe how fast the world is expanding! You all listening are evidence of that. The world is a fabulous place to create. There is much happening all around! I am excited at the experience not so excited at the idea of things pending... the what if's. That is why it is so important to stay present in the now! I had the most amazing experience last night! It was the middle of the night and I was lucid but dreaming and the dream was just odd and goofy. Then it just ended and there was nothing. Just ME. No thought. Just emptiness and I was so aware of it. Felt wonderful. I think I glimpsed our home on the other side of humanness. I'm going to explore this further! So much fun. Taking stock of myself today and re-centering. I could feel and see that I was getting off track. I was eating more and the wrong types of food... especially with my activity level lower.... Isn't that how it goes? Eating out of boredom! Anyway, had to pivot back to what is happiness for me! More activity, less snacking...more fun.!! Everyday I want to nudge you a little into loving yourself. So many are blocked from this simple idea. Maybe you don't believe it is your job to love you? Yesterday was all about leaving a piece of me behind. It no longer could travel with me, yet I spent so many years denying it was there that I really had to slow down and take a day to notice that yes indeed it is there!!! What was it you ask?
