I have been changing my life with intentionally adding the fun things into it! Being conscious of what and why I am doing this is making me want to add more! I took a walk in the snow this morning, painted for 5 minutes on my VanGogh Starry Night paint by number!! Read from my Christmas murder mystery book! These things are creating anticipation of whats yet to come! I can tell you that with the frequency of anticipation I will do more and not even have to worry over the have to do's!
