I once had made a habit of doing everything right! It was a lot of doing. Then I started to notice how subtly I was berating myself when I wasn't perfect. Not on time, didn't get everything done, wasted time.... and it felt blah! It was little at a time that I began the practice of being kind to myself. I am so excited to be here! In this time, in America, in this body! It is as though I am meeting my destiny. As we expand we find things arising that bring pain and discomfort. These things we have lived with for a long time and are ready to be released. Our expansion depends on releasing these old stories. So funny that I do this episode on clutter and clearing and when I go to my drop box it says I have to upgrade my cloud storage! How come it doesn't give me the option to throw away things and make room? How come it doesn't show me how much space I'm using before it becomes critical... Evidently it's a secret. I bypassed their demand to upgrade and I went in and threw out all the old files... Now I do this on a regular basis so I couldn't understand how this became critical unless throwing things in the trash didn't actually get rid of them! So I found the trash and took the one click at a time pains to empty the trash! Woohoo!! Another thing cleaned out! I imagine it will be a long time before I fill up my 2G of cloud space again.... My old car and how it is time to sell it! Guilt for not spending more time with it... not keeping it running so I could enjoy it... and now letting it go when I did not do what I had thought I would with my old car.
