Today I wanted to share with you my own situation where I have a lot of history with something. This history can create layers of emotions that all come up when I think of this thing... My old car and how it is time to sell it! Guilt for not spending more time with it... not keeping it running so I could enjoy it... and now letting it go when I did not do what I had thought I would with my old car.
