Here are a few words from the artist: "Sometimes life just rushes by and you just stand there: „Wait - what about me!“ Then you need to take a break, otherwise you don’t get anything done. So this is what this set is: the story of someone taking a short break in all the busy-ness of the daily grind, starting with much-needed calmness (beginning with a track I coproduced with my partner Konrad Dycke for our project Daeumelin, a long time ago), and then slowly picking up energy and developing into a more lighthearted sound, ending again with something peaceful." Welcome back to the Magician On Duty Journey Series! On this edition we welcome @maria-theresia-von-eberg Freiburg based Maria Theresia von Eberg has been on the constant rise for the last couple of years playing numerous festivals and venues in Austria and Germany. I asked her to describe her journey, and this is what she mentioned: "Why you ask me? Because emotions have a way of finding their way out a half-Italian soul. So, better, moderate them by transforming them into melodic tunes and deep baselines - heavy and melancholic, with driving energy or in lighthearted moments even cheerful, sweet-talking you into taking a break from the everyday-hassle. At least, I hope so" I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!
