New Pisces to Aries Moon  Early Saturday morning, the Moon enters Aries at 2:52 am, MT, bringing a fresh burst of energy and enthusiasm as the weekend unfolds. There's a sense of urgency to take action, with Aries urging us to initiate new projects and embrace challenges with courage. The assertive qualities of this sign can help us tackle lingering issues from the past week, transforming our aspirations into tangible goals. As the Moon waxes in this fiery sign, it sparks a drive for independence and self-discovery, making it an ideal time to focus on personal growth and innovation. Whether through spontaneous adventures or deliberate planning, this weekend invites us to assert our individuality and pioneer new paths. 

Friday February 28  New Pisces Moon  This Pisces Moon awakens us to the major emotional concerns of our community.  Such a group can elicit problems which differ from one person to another.  Especially when their experiences differ due to age, education, and other factors.  Pisces  relates to large groups of people, as do the other zodiac signs the Moon has traversed this past week.  More specifically Pisces addresses our common institutional life.  This evening, however, there could be a tete a tete conversation about some emotional realization regarding a personal relationship.  Listen to Moonwise tomorrow morning from 10:30 to 11 am for the weekend moon minute.  

Thursday February 27  Balsamic to New Pisces Moon  The Moon left Aquarius at 1:46 MT, this morning and moved into the boundless world of Pisces.  Information can swim irratically through our minds during the early morning hours.  The Moon’s balsamic phase and the zodiac sign of Pisces can seem boundless, like being in the middle of a ocean.  Yet sprays and clouds of images  can float through our minds.  At 5:45 pm, we have a new Moon at the tenth degree of Pisces, symbolized by an Aviator Flying Through the Clouds.  Clouds, of course, relate to the water element of Pisces, and both the ocean and the sky are places which seem limitless, as does our imagination as well.  This new Moon tells us our aspirations can be boundless.  This Moon cycle can reveal how we allow them to be, or not. 

Balsamic Aquarius Moon  The Aquarius Moon sends out vibes of something ending.  Of course that is what a balsamic Moon does, but today there is the added individuality of Aquarius that stands for the unique, nonconformity found in the early degrees of this sign.   The planet Pluto is presently in this area, evolving typical Aquarian behavior.  Our media displays some of it showing up in our politicians as they look at things differently.  Aquarius can forewarn us of changes coming, no matter how or in what area of life.  Our sensitivity to what personally matters is heightened.  This can push panic buttons in some of us.  So remember that this sign highly values friends and supports networking! 

  Balsamic Capricorn to Aquarius Moon  The Moon is still in Capricorn and this morning, perhaps in our dreams, she gives us an overview of what has been accomplished lately and what we think about that. The Moon entered her Balsamic phase at 7:05 am, MT.  As we assess past efforts, it may be helpful to identify recent problem areas which were avoided and what effect that had on one’s overall state of mind.  To what extent does whatever we neglect add to or subtract from an image of oneself.  Are we feeding the power of our imaginations with pictures of what we want to birth?  The Moon goes void of course at 8:28 pm, MT, for almost two hours of blurring our achievements before entering Aquarius at 10:40 pm.
