You're awesome… we're super flattered by the encouraging comments you left on our first Q&A episode. Many of you loved the relaxed setting, banter, and all the candid responses we gave in our answers. Well, there's more where that came from - episode #2 is now ready, and in it we covered list building, time-management, staying hungry, and a couple other interesting topics you asked about. There's still one lingering issue, however… we're having a hard time trying to come up with a name that would fit this type of series.  Can you help us come up with one?

All things being equal, why do certain organizations or people succeed where others have failed?   Well, in his book, Start With Why, Simon Sinek details the underlying factor for the success of some of the most innovative and influential people of all time, from Martin Luther King Jr. to Steve Jobs and more - they all share the same trait and it's not what you think.   What tied these organizations and people together is a "why."   A "why" penetrates deeper than a "what" (i.e., what you are doing) or a "how" (i.e., how you are doing it), and it pushes and motivates you to succeed beyond your peers.   In this Chalk Talk,  I'll show you how you can find and articulate your "why" so you can use it to elevate yourself to the highest levels.     I've also taken time to think about what Kajabi's "why" is, and I'll share it with you in the video:

As summer comes to a close and fall begins, it’s time for you to "brace your business," because "winter is coming." …Some of you might not catch the "Game of Thrones" (one of my favorite TV shows) reference, so let me explain: In "Game of Thrones," winter is a rare period of death and decay that only comes around every ten years.  That got me thinking... See, every business faces a "winter" at some point in its life where either growth or revenue slows down for what may seem like an extended period of time.   It’s extremely important for you as a business owner to know how to plan for when that time comes, because if you don’t, you could lose everything you’ve built. Do you ever have trouble concentrating on work because your desk or office is cluttered with stacks and stacks of paper?     I want to share with you some practical advice I recently learned that works even better than filing it away manually, and it's improved my ability to focus both in business and in life.   In the past, my answer has always been to throw away what I don't need and file away the rest.   The problem with this solution is that filing paper is not scalable — eventually the folders or cabinets get full.      In this episode, I'll let you in on my method, and I'll even give you a demonstration inside my office…
