I'm a menopausal woman in my early 50's suffering from lack of sleep, hot flashes and mood disruptions. Is taking bio-est 80/20 plus progesterone cream (prescribed by one of the online practitioners) - safe for women with a uterus, or is switching to an estrogen only cream or patch with a progesterone pill the safest option? I've been watching many videos and trying to research as much as I can, yet the debate on which is 'correct' is quite overwhelming. My concern is my background includes my mother who passed away from an aggressive form of uterine cancer.
