Ive been regularly gua sha'ing my face and I noticed that my face feels 'crunchy' especially at my jawline and at my lymph nodes by my ear. It doesnt seem to be improving despite regular use, is this normal or anything to be concerned? I feel it more in my left side which I seem to get more breakouts on my cheek/jawline/neck. I'm curious your take on Esaic tea and or soursop?
