If so, what is it used for, the benefits etc? Mike: Hi Dr Cabral, is it possible for probiotic supplements to contain dead bacteria or mold? I took a probiotic supplement and it made me very sick within 3 weeks of taking it. I'm practically having all the symptoms mold toxicity. Chronic fatigue, muscle weakness, muscle twitching, joint pain, brain fog, red eyes and shortness of breath, constipation and other symptoms.
