I also love eating vegan meals of non gmo/organic tofu and legumes. I recently did your Big 5 tests and my food sensitivities came back that I'm sensitive to soy and many beans. I'm basically left with black beans and pinto beans. I'm currently following the CBO protocol (1 month in) and feeling great! I will try re-introducing those foods in the coming weeks. I've been eating WAY more fish now. My question is...is it safe to eat fish everyday for lunch & dinner?
