My exposure was in 2017. I get confused some people say yes and some people say no. Joanna: Hi Dr Cabral I have a question regarding children's formula.  What are your thoughts and recommendations for baby formula if unable to breast feed. What formula do you recommend? I don't consume dairy myself but I don't want to deprive my baby when the time comes, as I know they need calcium? How can they best get calcium through diet also?  Also during pregnancy, if mum doesn't consume diary, what are your suggestions for calcium consumption for mum during pregnancy?
