What a wealth of knowledge you have. Oh my gosh! So, I'm trying to establish what the best time to wake up is. I'd love to wake up at 5 or 6 but I try to get a little more sleep because I'm a Vata body type so I tend to wake up at 7am. I saw that cortisol starts to rise at 6am but then according to Ayurveda we need to wake up during the Vata hour which is 4
