Check out today's questions:  Ashley: Hi Dr. Cabral, I have had amenorrhea for quite a long time. It first started when I lost a large amount of weight for a bodybuilding competition. This was 10 years ago. Over the years I was put on birth control to help try and regulate the period and "bring it on" however I didn't like the way that made me feel and I knew that was only putting a bandaid on the problem and not fixing the real issue. I have tried MANY different things to no avail. Fast forward to present day. In the last 2 years my period has started to return! My doctor says this is a great sign.
