What is your opinion?   Alana: Hello doctor Cabral, I've been listening to your podcast for a few years now, and it's one of the constants in my life, so I really wanted to thank you for that. It takes a lot of time and work to record these every single day, and please know that we notice that and appreciate it greatly. I wanted to ask your opinion about something I've been struggling with for a while: fat and cellulite on my belly. I've never had a flat stomach, but it had gotten worse throughout the years. I'm 43 now, have low female hormones, low thyroid and some gut issues. I'm working on all of those things with a naturopath and have done CBO protocol too. I do 30 minutes or strength training and take long walks, 5-6 days of the week. I
