I am such a huge fan of the podcast and it has really made a huge impact on my life. I recently completed the dosha test and found out that I'm Vata: 55 Pitta: 32 Kapha: 13. It took me by surprise because I have always thought that I'm a Vata-Kapha. So considering my constitution, I was wondering if I should just follow a tridoshic diet because most vata foods aggravate my kapha and i end up gaining weight and also my pitta resulting in inflammation. The only issue is I tend to have vitamin and mineral deficiencies so things like eggs and nuts and seeds help out with that. How can I get the nutrients I need through whole food without aggravating my secondary doshas? Also, I seem to gain more weight in my upper body(arms, waist, back, chest) but not my lower body.
