Basically, last year my doctor prescribed me four different birth controls within five months since I was getting side effects, and these hormonal changes triggered PCOS. I broke out I. Terrible acne and my hair started falling out s my dermatologist prescribed spirolactone. When I was on this medication I was passing out, had terrible joint pain, and fainting. I was bed ridden for weeks my side effects were so bad. I went off out it realizing it was the medication, but it also caused lasting side effects including reactive hypoglycemia and POTs. I've changed my diet from vegan to keto and that's helped with the hypoglycemia, but my heart is still super irregular and I'll start sweating, getting incredibly anxious and have a very fast or very low heart rate.
