I took the big 5 labs and worked with an Equilife health coach. She came up with a plan which I followed diligently. It consisted of the 7-day detox, CBO, CBO finisher, mold, heavy metal detox and an intestinal cleanse at 3 separate times during the plan. At the end of all that I even did the 21-day detox to help clean out any toxins that the protocols didn't catch. Unfortunately, I am still in a hypothyroid state due to Hashimotos. I understand that some people will need medication or some kind of glandular support even after rebalancing the body due to the destruction of the thyroid tissue.
