I have been using elimination diets to figure out what was causing my digestive and hormonal issues. I realized that i am very sensitive to lectins and salicylates. I do not want to stay on an elimination diet for too long to the detriment of my nutrition but have been unable to find good multivitamin and minerals and the Equilife ones do not ship to my country. I am therefore trying to diversify my diet however i can. I can now eat lectins foods that have been soaked and pressure cooked. I can also have a few histamine foods when i intermittent fast.
