I’ve had a fibromyalgia and Hashimotos diagnosis since giving birth to my last child at 39.5 years old. This child was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes 3 month before her 3rd birthday. I am really excited to begin my journey of taking my health back and healing my body! My question is, after reading the section about Th1 Immune System Dominance, if it’s possible to improve or reverse Hashimotos, can the same happen with T1D? I
