Throughout history, its always been prayer that see's God move mightily. - The Church was birthed in a flurry of prayer. - Prayer before the service out back. - When talking about prayer with an emphasis placed upon the heart felt hungry crying out to God for Him to move. As opposed to religious phrases, or apathetic murmurs that aren't going to do anything. - Persistant prayer shifts you, moving Heaven and pushing back hell.

What do you see? Do you see good in everything? Do some people just grate on you? There's hope for your circumstances and relationships! Ps Phil teaches us on how to 'see' with the power of the anointing - the Spirit, in everyday life and remain hopeful and encouraged at what is inside others!

We've been talking about the anointing - the ability to live the fullness of life in Christ. - The ability to be the best version of you, to collide with your destiny and do great exploits in God.

At certain times in our lives it can appear that we merely go through our lives "doing all the stuff",while still consuming the word of God we some how still manage to find ourselves hungry on on the inside. - It's at time like these that we need the washing of the word over our lives, Matt 6:11 explains this perfectly, "Give us - this day - our daily bread". You see God speaks to us everyday, in everyday ways. If we can listen quietly, we can hear God speaking to us naturally all the time.

Without fresh anointing that comes only from continued intimacy with God we are living in our own strength. . The Old Testament declaration is still 100 percent true today: It is Zec 4:6 So he said to me, "This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: 'Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,' says the LORD Almighty. . Gadgets and gimmicks will never accomplish what God the Holy Spirit can do in one month as he works in the life of a church. . Jesus says the anointing flows from our being: Joh 7:38 Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, streams of living water will flow from within him." Joh 7:39 By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified. How do we come to know God's anointing? - In order to truly understand the anointing of God a background understanding is essential. According to the Old Testament, Priests were set apart by a physical anointing of oil. This anointing signifies the setting apart, for God's service. How do we become spiritually mature? - Our Goal as spiritual leaders should be to introduce people to Christ and God's Spirit, teaching them the truths of faith and then releasing them to serve, mature and grow in their spiritual life.

Question: Just what is spiritual growth?" The answer: Spiritual growth is the process of becoming more and more like Jesus Christ. When we place our faith in Jesus, the Holy Spirit begins the process of making us more like Him, conforming us to His image. Spiritual growth is best described in 2 Peter 1:3-8, which tells us that by God's power, we have “everything we need” to live lives of godliness which is the goal of spiritual growth. Notice that what we need comes “through our knowledge of Him,” this is the key to obtaining everything we need. Our knowledge of Him comes from the Word, given to us for our edification and growth. - Bless-

Of all the man-made projects on the face of the earth, the Great Wall of China is the only structure from space = The Great Wall of China is symbolic of mans need for protection. Mans desire to dwell in safety is the same throughout the world. That’s why we have houses with walls, ceilings = simply for protection from the elements, prying eyes and other intimidations. We are vulnerable in a hostile world - Man needs to defend himself does not only apply to his physical being. It applies to his spiritual life as well, for as surely as man needs protection from physical assault, he also needs to be safeguarded against the onslaughts of the Satan

Jesus walked among us ...He chose everyday people. We read the pages of the bible and are in awe of people like Peter. As he passed by people they were healed by his shadow. Lets take a closer look at this man and see if he reminds you of anyone…

We’ve been sharing that the same dilemma faces us as Christians to secure our Promised Land - Our inheritance in Christ Jesus. The Israelites could see from a distance the grandeur of a fascinating land of provision and delight but one frightening and inescapable fact was clearly evident THERE WERE GIANTS IN THE LAND! A similar experience confronts the Christian, there is not one person who, after conversion, has not fought a spiritual battle against the forces of Satan. We too face giants in the land. These giants are diverse and each Christian must effectively deal with them to live victoriously in the Promise Land.

John 5:1-15 AMP LATER ON there was a Jewish festival for which Jesus went up to Jerusalem. Now there is in Jerusalem a pool near the Sheep Gate. This pool in the Hebrew is called Bethesda, having five porches. In these lay a great number of sick folk - some blind, some crippled, and some paralyzed (shriveled up) waiting for the bubbling up of the water. For an angel of the Lord went down at appointed seasons into the pool and moved and stirred up the water; whoever then first, after the stirring up of the water, stepped in was cured of whatever disease with which he was afflicted. There was a certain man there who had suffered with a deep-seated and lingering disorder for thirty-eight years.
