From the beginning of time, God chose women to be the stewards of His highest act of creation, humans. Some in our culture believe the murder of the unborn is a right. God is pro life and in His wisdom has blessed humanity with Godly mothers who instill in us His plans for our lives. Today we will celebrate the gift of Godly mothers. Families, do not be intimidated.

Today we live life in a fluid environment. Nothing seems stable. But we have a foundation that is immovable and steadfast. Stand on it and overcome uncertainty. When the enemy prepares to show up, he sends voices. We hear them everywhere. Offer praise to God with a heart to worship and defeat every negative voice. In this message, we will explore three principles to obtaining your breakthrough.

Courage is needed in the church today more than at any time in my lifetime. Many today are walking under a cloud of fear. With everything negative happening it’s easy to be moved by what we see and feel. Faith is being determined to stand on what God says in His Word.

Satan thought he’d won. Jesus was dead and buried. But on that first Easter morning the Father thundered, “arise My love, death no longer has a hold on you.” Resurrection. Jesus is alive. Satan’s grip on us has been broken. We are free indeed. 

Sunday begins Holy Week. We are reminded of Jesus’ sacrifice beyond our ability to describe. May we take the time to journey with Jesus this week remembering the intentional steps He took to save us from our fate. Jesus was manifested to destroy the works of the devil. Join us as we express thanksgiving to the One who sacrificed it all for us, and worship our King.

The pressures and stresses of the past two years have revealed the need in churches for a fresh anointing of the Holy Spirit. Veneer and frosting are poor substitutes for His Presence. Many are discouraged because anytime trouble arrives, discouragement tags along. Each generation must know church is not about routine; it’s where Jesus gathers with His people.

The tearing of one’s clothes in Scripture indicated deep grief or consternation. All of us have been there. But unlike the majority of those in Old Testament Scriptures, followers of Jesus are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood.  Today we will look at the access we all have to the power of the Holy Spirit. He’s the difference maker. 

Daily we are watching prophecy fulfilled. Strife, violence, war, immorality, false religions. But the Holy Spirit is being poured out in every culture. Jesus reminds us to work while it is day. The night is coming when none can work.

Our hearts grieve and repent over the state of our nation. We pray for the victims of Ukraine. Yet with faith we recognize the condition of our nation is a reflection of the condition of the church. The hope for the renewal of America is not in politicians, but in what God says about HIS PEOPLE. 

Today’s breaking news comes right from the pages of Holy Scripture. The prophet Ezekiel foretold this day. We stand on the doorstep of the greatest fulfillment of prophecy the human race has ever seen. Today we will unwrap current events in light of God’s Word.

Jesus taught His disciples the importance of children in the Father’s eyes.  When they tried to drive children away, Jesus stopped them and said let them come to Me!!  In today’s culture, many still don’t understand the critical need for children to be in the presence of Jesus and to learn to be near Him, worship Him and learn from Him.  Being a child of God is our highest and greatest calling - no matter our biological age

Gathering has been a challenge for most people, for 2 years. A spirit of fear has paralyzed many, even affecting the body of Christ. But His glory is in the gathering. Check Biblical history. We serve the God who works miracles with many or with few. We are mandated in Scripture to gather; He will be there.

Jesus has much to say about love. He is the embodiment and expressed love of His Father towards us. Even if our earthly parents abandon us, He never will. As Jesus’ followers we receive His love, return His love and freely share Jesus' love.

Daily we face ever changing winds of opinion; instability, fear and uncertainty. But not so for those who stand anchored to God’s unchanging Word. Our Father has a definitive Word for this generation. How do we learn to tune our ears to hear His voice? Daniel set the example for us with His focused posturing toward God.

When the churches seats are full and the altars are empty we need spiritual renewal. When the majority of a congregation are spectators and a minority worshipers, we need spiritual renewal. At CCC we are on a quest for spiritual renewal because God is desirous of renewal for His church. 

Nehemiah had a God given dream to rebuild Jerusalem. On the journey to fulfillment he faced mockery, discouragement and a host of battles. No victory is achieved without a battle. Pastor Ciociola teaches the path forward to changing cultural rubble into renewal and restoration. 

Pilate asked Jesus, “What is truth?” It’s the same question being asked today. Truth changes daily based on opinions. But God’s truth is unchangeable. It’s the anchor of our soul in a culture filled with error. We’re in a battle for eternity. 

The adversary intimidates with fear and paralysis. But we have not been given the spirit of fear. We are anointed to win the battles of life. Anointed warriors will displace the adversary. Join us this morning as we are equipped to win. 

As we enter new opportunities and embrace the promises God has for us, there will be challenges. But do not be afraid. Believe. God will show up right on time. Joshua faced new challenges, so do we. The God who was with Joshua is our God. Join us as we acquire the faith to make 2022 a year of triumphant victory.
