For every reason or excuse to not go for your dreams there is one simple reason as to why you should go for them. We all have dreams, goals and desires in life. For some it’s to be rich, to be loved, to be famous, to run their own business or retire at 30 years old. Whatever the dream is we all have one. Many people have these thoughts when thinking about their dreams. “I’m not capable of achieving the dream” “It will be too hard” “What if I fail?” “What if I get it...then what”? “I’ve tried before, and I don’t want to go through that” And quite frankly there’s many more. It can be that our partner, family and friends think we are crazy to go for the big dream. And sometimes it’s because we feel indebted or committed to someone else that we daren’t go for the dream. These are my thoughts though. The doubts and thoughts are something we need to be conscious of. Me at two weeks old with my Mother. Well on this date 28 years ago I was born and what a ride it's been so far. From being shy, unconfident and a professional blusher I can honesty tell you I have never felt more powerful, strong, secure and confident. Having been doing what I do for a decade now (that sounds strange....a decade!) I have learnt a lot about life and how to succeed in it. I feel absolute gratitude for the many emails, reviews, testimonials and comments I receive on a daily basis of how I have helped people (although remember you are the change maker not me!) I was sent in a lovely request from a guy who wanted to no longer be self conscious and anxious when dancing. This can be a big issue for people. In fact I’m not really a dancer (my friends can testify to that one!) and it can be a very anxious process. The thoughts of what people thinking and how we are looking. Whereas in reality I can pretty much guarantee no one is thinking anything – I mean are we really that important and special that people want to see us, critic us and even care what we’re doing?? Hmmm I don’t think so. But we create these thoughts, beliefs and feelings as if they were true and that’s the issue here. We need to get back in control and simply let go and enjoy ourselves. It takes time and money to produce these podcasts - from recording, editing and holding them on my server. Hey Guys This podcast is about taking an issue that you may have in your life and then how we can utilise all your other qualities, values, success to change the issue and to take away any distortions you may have about life because of that issue. I say distortions because if we have an issue, a limiting mindset, belief system, negative feeling or behaviour we can see ourselves, situation even the world as a negative place to be a part of.
