S01E12 - A Visceral Problem Needs a Visceral Solution [Part 12 of 13]
30/07/2018 Duração: 28minOur feelings override our best intentions. Our insights give us a false sense of awakening. Our coaching is a reflection of how masterfully we have embodied our own feelings, intentions and insights. Our head will not get us where we want to go. We must use our whole body, heart, spirit and mind. That’s why today we are focusing on line twelve of the Master Coach Manifesto: "A Master Coach supports the client in staying centered in their heart because they know a visceral problem can only be solved by a visceral solution." Highlights you don’t want to miss: 5:34 A problem isn't solved because they think better 7:43 Crying, silence, “what?!” are all powerful visceral cues 10:59 Question of the Day: "What should we look for in a coaching program to ensure the most confidence in our skills when it's over?" 11:42 Insights and ah-ha’s alone do not change lives 15:53 Coaching with peers is ineffective, here’s why 21:28 How did you give up resentment Rhonda? 24:33 Tip of the Day: "Are you willing to love yourse

S01E11- The Power of Layered Questions [Part 11 of 13]
23/07/2018 Duração: 30minLearning the art of layered questions is essential to move from a good Coach to a Great Coach to a Master Coach. Without understanding the purpose open-ended questions versus close-ended questions or knowing how to stay in the flow that exists in the moment or anchoring and expanding your client’s ah-ha’s into their entire life, your influence, impact and confidence will be thwarted. That’s why today we are focusing on line eleven of the Master Coach Manifesto: "A Master Coach listens beyond words and asks layered upon layered questions to get to the heart of the matter, working within the flow of what's happening now." S01E10 - Yes, Ask That Nosy Question [Part 10 of 13]
16/07/2018 Duração: 29minWhen you’re truly here to help, support and coach your client, you must have the courage to listen to what's moving through you and ask the next question whether or not you know the reason you're asking. It’s not nosy. It’s coaching. This is critical to support your client to reach beyond the known. That’s why line ten of the Master Coach Manifesto is: "A Master Coach isn't afraid to ask how much money a client makes, when was the last time they had sex or any other relevant question. It is not nosy. It's coaching." Highlights you don’t want to miss: 4:20 When do you ask how much money a client is making 8:48 When you feel nosy, this is what’s really happening 9:54 Clients aren’t coming to you for the reason they think they are 13;14 Question of the Day: How do I embody the way I want to ask my client questions? How do I always come from a place of love and nonjudgmental? What if I catch myself sounding judgmental after I've already spoken?" 14:18 Saying “You can do it” is not coaching. Do this instead. 17

S01E09 - The Importance of Seeing a Clients Innocence [Part 9 of 13]
09/07/2018 Duração: 30minThere’s nothing more frustrating to me than hearing a coach talk about their ‘resistant client’ or ‘difficult client.’ There’s no such thing. Here’s the truth: Your client isn’t purposely sabotaging themselves, your client isn't purposely resisting, your client isn't purposely doing anything. They're not purposely wrecking their lives, they're not purposely not trusting themselves, they're not purposely making bad choices. When you know that in your heart and live it in your being, your coaching will change forever. Oh and so will your life. Seeing innocence is THAT important. That’s why today line nine of the Master Coach Manifesto is so critical: "A Master Coach speaks to their client's innocence, creating safety and deep healing, allowing their client to trust themselves again." Highlights you don’t want to miss: 4:44 You are not the solution to your client’s problem 9:37 Roleplay: Your client is not purposely sabotaging themselves, here’s what to say… 10:10 Do not coach to urgency here’s why 10:50 There’s

S01E08 - Do You Really Believe Your Client is Doing Their Best?
02/07/2018 Duração: 30minWhen we say we want to do something but don’t do it, it’s not because they are difficult or resistant, it means they are afraid. Telling a client they can do it, is ineffective. Try coaching them instead. That’s why today we are focusing on line eight of the Master Coach Manifesto: “A Master Coach treats their client as if they are wholeheartedly doing their best, not theoretically but in reality.” Highlights you don’t want to miss: 3:45 Every time you get frustrated with your client, this is the result 6:56 Fake cheerleading causes you to lose credibility 8:30 Do you believe your client is doing the best they can? 15:00 There’s no such thing as a resistant client 16:40 “The more you embrace human reality the more divine your experience.” 22:52 Question of the Day: How can I tell when a client is having a shift? Often they glaze over it themselves if the Coach doesn't catch it. 28:33 “Slow is the new fast” *** P.S. Grab your Free Fearbuster Coaching™ Toolkit at http://bit.ly/2kNP1um #mastercoachmindse

S01E07 - The Opportunity is Bigger than the Client’s Problem [Part 7 of 13]
25/06/2018 Duração: 27minMost people are desperately trying to solve their problems. Yet, solving a problem only gives temporary relief. The only path to permanent transformation is soul work. That’s why today we are focusing on line seven of the Master Coach Manifesto: "A Master Coach works on two tracks at all times. The problem the client brings, and the real opportunity at hand." Highlights you don’t want to miss: 4:17 The problem is the path to soul work 4:57 Live the Life Your Soul Intended ® 5:35 Resolving what’s underneath brings peace of mind 7:23 Their dream will eventually fail if we forget this 9:19 You can’t strategize your soul 12:20 What mattered doesn’t matter now 14:54 Coaching Tip of the Day: You are not the answer to your client’s problem. 19:16 What is a leading question? 24:35 The questions that give true choice *** P.S. S01E06 - The Power of Integrated Feelings [Part 6 of 13]
18/06/2018 Duração: 27minFeelings are so confusing. They pull us one and then the other. And because of that, we stay stuck in indecision. One of the key aspects of taking our power back is knowing how feelings work and how to align our head, heart, body, and soul. When you can do that, clarity ensues bringing with it clarity, focus, motivation, and awe-inspiring wonder. Here’s line six of the Master Coach Manifesto: “A Master Coach honors a client’s feelings, yet listens for alignment, knowing that when the head, heart, body, and soul work together, that determines how free and fearless their client can truly be.” Moments You Don’t Want to Miss! 1:07 Coaching Skills are an Art 4:23 Listen to line 6 of the Master Coach Manifesto 5:27 Alignment means clarity, motivation, momentum. 6:35 Feelings either serve fear or freedom 7:33 An example of how anger is not bad or not good 9:11 How to coach: “I can’t take this one more minute.” 11:25 Victoria wanted to quit her job. I shocked her instead. 12:19 Who’s in charge of your decisions? 13:

S01E05 - No Such Thing as a Mistake [Part 5 of 13]
11/06/2018 Duração: 26minOne of my favorite lines in the Master Coach Manifesto is: "A Master Coach coaches beyond right or wrong or bad or good because there is no such thing as a mistake.” Here’s what I know: There’s no benefit to blaming and shaming for mistakes. The same is true for withholding innocence. Seeing your own innocence, and your clients is a cure-all for reframing your past into a new present that you’ll be proud of. And even more important, you will be able to let go of guilt and breath! Moments You Don’t Want to Miss! 4:51 Go beyond the current problem 7:06 This belief limits your capacity to help your clients 7:38 Three things needed for transformation 8:48 Downfall of “I should have known better.” 10:03 Coaching skill of seeing innocence 10:45 More you know, the crueler you can become 11:59 Wrong way to motivate yourself and robot results 13:30 What if you saw your client’s innocence? 14:17 Coaching roleplay: Mistakes 17:40 Ask coaching questions to eliminate guilt, shame, etc. 18:08 Forget 10. Six is fine.

S01E03 - How Sympathy is a Trap [Part 3 of 13]
28/05/2018 Duração: 26minA Master Coach never blames or shames their client, or gives them sympathy or pity, but supports them unconditionally. Moments You Don’t Want to Miss! 2:13 – Hear Rhonda flub and lesson learned 4:31 – Do you do this?
