Psychcast host Lorenzo Norris, MD, talks with members of the Group for the Advancement of Psychiatry’s Media Committee about how to help patients navigate the uncertainties associated with educating K-12 and college students during the pandemic. The discussion is moderated by Jack Drescher, MD. Dr. Norris is assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences and assistant dean of student affairs at George Washington University in Washington. He also serves as medical director of psychiatric and behavioral sciences at George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Norris has no conflicts of interest. Dr. Drescher is clinical professor of psychiatry at Columbia University in New York, adjunct professor at New York University, and a training and supervising psychoanalyst at the William Alanson White Institute.
