Self Care

When I realized that my world is a match for my frequency... I no longer wanted to 'worry' or 'stress' over creating anything! I recognized that those feelings actually lowered my frequency and made things more difficult and the results not so yummy.... However, when I stayed happy and joyful then magical things happened! I would get brainstorms of amazing information for my projects and synchronicities would line up that made things easy and brought abundance!! Now I do this on purpose.
