This episode is the third in a series of interviews from producers in Willamette Valley. In this week’s episode we are featuring our interview with Tom Fitzpatrick, the winemaker from Alloro Vineyard. Wine feature in this episode: 2016 Riesling - priced around $30. This is probably one of the best dry Rieslings we've tried. This wine has beautiful aromas of fresh linens, beeswax and white peach. It's dry, with medium plus acidity and flavors of grapefruit, nectarine, white flowers and lime. This wine is everything you want in a Riesling; it's crisp, fruity, and complex. Well done, Alloro!   2015 Chardonnay - priced around $34. This wine has  aromas of fresh toasted coffee beans, sweet golden apple, lemon rind and a hint of herbal quality to this wine. It’s dry, with medium acidity, medium plus body and flavors of salted caramel, lemon pith and a hint of smoke.
