Fear of being anxious is all so relevant for me. Long story short: I blush easily for no reason. It started in my early twenties (at the university) when I became very good at suppressing my feelings of not being good enough and eventually made my SA worse. At first I felt my anxiety as a higher heart rate, lump in the throat, funky feelings in the stomach - not obvious to the group of people you are talking to, so I didn't make an effort to resolve where do my insecurities come from. I had a profound insight while listening to this session, especially with the exercise "particular people you don't want to see you anxious". Also "I release all of my emotion attachments" statements, were very on point and funny! (Still thinking about "my life is a warning" statement. :)) At the end of the session I felt quite relax
