I spoke with Steve Butterworth, the President of BigHand, Inc., a voice productivity and digital dictation application in the professional services market. We discussed the difference between dictation and speech recognition, encouraging the adoption by junior legal professionals, the role mobility plays and how BigHand address firm/user productivity, streamline workflows, and increase client service.
