Your Best Just Got Better

If there was just one secret to effective project management, when would you want to know what it is? I believe there is one skill that you can improve on that will - no doubt - make it easier to manage any project you are involved in - in life, at home, or at work. As you move in to the next week, ask yourself, "Who do I need to follow up with?" and then, if possible, send out any notes/emails/phone calls you can to connect with those people. An easy way to move the mission forward is to identify where you are going, what resources you need to get there, and take actions - step by step - to make your way toward completion.
