The Rich Roll Podcast

Dolph Lundgren is an actor, martial artist, and chemical engineer, best known as Ivan Drago in Rocky IV. This conversation explores the distance between the man on the poster and the boy underneath: the violent childhood, the Fulbright he traded for Manhattan, the delirium of instant fame, the steroids and stunts that followed, a fatal prognosis reversed by a second opinion, and the mirror work that finally took.
