Getting Things Done

In our most recent Office Hour, we talked about efficient ways to clarify inboxes to zero, on a daily basis and when returning from vacation to a larger number. We mentioned organizing by discussion thread and by sender, as well as traditional ways such as oldest or newest first. We had several points of view on how to encourage colleagues and family members to adopt the GTD best practices.
