The Garyvee Audio Experience

In this bonus episode of the GaryVee Audio Experience, I talk to a young writer who got declined from a writing team and was ready to change herself to fit in. I share why one random middle-management person doesn't get to decide your worth, why I was ranked 243rd out of 254 in my class, and why self-awareness beats gatekeeping every time. I also encourage her to post her work on Instagram and let the market decide instead. You'll learn about:• One Person Doesn't Get to Decide• Valuing Yourself Over Their Opinion• Self-Awareness Over Gatekeeping• Letting the Market Decide• Not Changing Yourself to Fit In
