We pick up where we left off, talking about a scarcity mindset. As an educator it's easy to adopt a scarcity mindset when it comes to controlling the classroom. An educators scarcity mindset is "if I release control, I have less control" as if it were a zero-sum equation. It's like if I have 10 units of control and offer 5 to my students, I have 5 left. That mindset kills the classroom culture.  Agile offers a process to adopt an abundance mindset. If I offer my students control over their learning, the equation gets bigger. I'm not releasing control, but empowering students. It works and it's powerful.
