Listen, I love doctors. My father in law is a doctor... I was pre-med and I wanted to be a doctor for most of my life. But that doesn't mean doctors know everything. So when a family member told me her doctor to her that if she was able to do more than 6 reps, she wasn't lifting heavy enough...  I was floored. And to be honest, angry. Here's why not everyone (in fact most people) should be lifting so heavy that they can't do more than 6 reps. I'd love to hear your thoughts on this.
