I and Richard traveled to many parts of the countries, we witnessed many things that we are really concerned about, that is our kids.  Our kids are behind many minority groups in many ways such leadership, education and economy in the United States and abroad. We see that our community leaders today are not utilize our resources to help prepare our kids for the challenging future.  They are taking us to the wrong direction, and I believe you all see that too.  They spent too much time and resources for something that do not benefit our kids and community. Not to mention many of them, for example, Laos Family Community in MN broke into 2 and 2 Hmong groups are still fighting the Fresno New Year in Fresno for over years, and others may not survive as well. Is there anyway that we can do to re-energize our kids and community? If so, how, who and when?
