I know personally that I have not always been a good leader or even a good manager and I embarked on a journey many, many, many years ago to understand what makes a good leader and what makes a bad leader and how one can become an effective or more effective leader. Along the path of my journey I have met some amazing people who have unique ideas about leadership. Some good. Some not so good. From each, I have learned.
