For this second installment of Steadfastness, Pastor Phil reminds us that Steadfastness anchors us amidst life’s storms, inspired by Christ’s unwavering love and faithfulness. The Bible calls us to be steadfast, immovable, and abounding in God's work (1 Corinthians 15:58). This virtue shines not in comfort but through trials, when faith and perseverance are tested (James 1:3-4). To be steadfast is to resist being swayed by life’s pressures, holding firm to our faith like an anchor for the soul (Hebrews 6:19).
