A new study has found that in New Zealand alcohol is responsible for more than 900 deaths, 12 hundred cancers (1250) , and almost 30-thousand hospitalisations in 2018. The work carried out by Otago University researchers also found alcohol is also a huge burden on ACC. Co-author Tim Chambers joins us now.
