Rnz: Morning Report

An internal report from the health agency shows the sterilisation centre at Dunedin Hospital is failing hundreds of times a year. The leaked document shows there are about 500 incidents each year where staff report instruments, intended for use in surgery, are contaminated. Reporter Kate Green has more.
