Big Money Stylist

When you start something new… How do you feel when you do?    Are you an expert? Do you know exactly what you’re doing? Do you feel confident & comfortable?    How about your support system?    What’s funny is when we start hair school, we understand that we are NOT experts. We give ourselves grace because we know we are starting something new.    How is that not the case when we are starting something else??? We forget that we are starting something new, and we forget to give ourselves grace.    Let’s talk about being an expert… can you actually become an expert at something when you are offering every service imaginable?  A misconception is that you actually have to be good at everything.    Something that is not commonly taught is that it is easier to be an expert at something when you pick ONE thing.    Do you know what else is a common misconception… to be a successful hairstylist, you have to have a big salon with lots of stylists.    You can easily run a successful salon with only a few hair stylis
