Coming into the hair world, did you come in with expectations?    The stigma around “hair” is.. You'll never make money. You'll never be successful. You are giving up.    You’re “just” a hairstylist.    Here’s the thing. You are either IN it or not. Are you willing to put in the work? There is no right or wrong way to get to the next level. The only thing you really have to do is COMMIT.    Just because you got another certification doesn't mean you’re going to be successful behind the chair.
