Hey folks welcome back to the show.  Today Jay and Jesse hit on some therapeutic ways to handle stress and anxiety involving Sponge Bob SquarePants and some crayons. Not just a sports show but also a part time self help line.  We then transition into some MMA, the return of Shogun, Cerrone and Lauzon; touch on the UFC 274 geriatric portion of the card as well as breaking down the rest of the cards fun fights.  Then again another smooth transition into the NBA Playoffs where the fellas give yet another prediction for the Eastern and Western Conference Championships.  Thanks for listening, we will catch you all next week.
