Hey guys and gals we’re back. After a short lull we’ve returned and back as ferocious as ever.  We jump start the show with Jay and Jesse’s take on proper gym etiquette. What’s right and wrong and to be determined while in the gym.  The guys move onto UFC 275 and break down (the best we can) the main card including the Light Heavyweight Championship bout with defending Champion Glover Teixeira and challenger Jiri Prochazka.  Then we take a crack at the NBA Finals. Discuss what has been happening through the first 3 games.  And to finish the show our host Jason Valdez recounts his time in Los Angeles for a live AEW event that featured the MJF Pipe Bomb.
