I ran the Davenport (Iowa) YMCA Turkey Trot, again. Then I ran the Broken Toe 25K trail race near Caesar Creek State Park in Ohio.

I ran the inaugural Haunted Forest Marathon in Canal Fulton, OH. The next day I did a bit of hiking in Cuyahoga Valley National Park.

I did the Run the Mill Half Marathon. Then two cyclocross races: Jingle Cross and Kings Cross.

I review the Atomic Man Triathlon, a half-distance race in TN near Knoxville. The next day I hiked at Frozen Head State Park. I'm at chemsmith1 @ gmail.com

I go over my summer adventures including: Bix 7, Gauntlet Mud Run, Cincinnati Triathlon, Cincinnati CX Time Trial, Little Miami Dirty Dozen and the Mojo Triathlon.
