Alex and Johnny argue about Joy leaving Body & Soul.  Kate talks Joy into staying on the show much to EJ's chagrin.  Julie finds out the necklace is missing.  Hope says goodbye to the Brady's. Chad and Cat find her mother.  JJ and Gabi are ambushed by Clyde.  Cat's mother escapes and shoots Clyde.  Clyde slips into a coma before revealing where Abby is.  JJ is frustrated trying to find his sister.  Leo goes to Marlena with his latest crisis.  Aaron finds out his mother is alive and arrested.  Holly and Tate try to help Aaron.  Xander gets Philip's lawyer removed from the case.  Philip almost confesses to Stephanie that the letter is fake.  Shawn and Belle agree to divorce.  Jada offers Shawn a job.  Philip asks Belle to take up his case.  Brady and Belle catch up.  Ava and Kristen have a slap fest in the middle of the Horton Square.

Family and friends return to Salem to say goodbye to Doug. Julie catches her brother Stephen climbing in her window. They reminisce about the past. Belle and Shawn arrive separately. Later they meet and decide to end their marriage .Ciera comes without Ben and the kids and proceeds to open the time box with ease. They find a very expensive diamond necklace of Alice's. Lucas, Marie and Liz all return to pay their respects to Doug. Liz and Marie agree to be cordial. Lani and Eli come with the twins. Julie gives a heartfelt eulogy at the memorial and had us all in tears. The necklace is missing when everyone arrives home. Lucas and Ciera suspect Steve after hearing about his history from Marie. Steve tells Alice he was tempted but didn't take her necklace. Leo over hears. Lucas and Ciera confront Steve about the necklace. Doug Williams III arrives in Salem much to Julie's surprise. Hope misses the funeral but arrives later with news that there is no more change in Bo. Hope is suspious of this new grandson of Dou

Thanksgiving brings all the families of Salem together. Bonnie burns the turkey so Kayla invites the Kiriakis clan to the Brady Pub. Philip is determined to take back control from Xander. Lani and Eli come home and Paulina and Abe encourage them to stay with job offers. Chanel invites Joy to dinner with the Dimera's. Jack and Jen return home for Thanksgiving and are shocked to see Kat. Chad explains to Julie why Kat is with them. Chad, Kat, Gabi, and JJ leave to confront Clyde. Jack tries to wake Doug but he finds he has passed away. Jack has to tell Julie. Jen phones Hope and Lucas. Julie says her goodbyes to Doug and many friends and family come to pay their respects. Susan Seaforth Hayes gave a riveting Emmy worthy performance. Rafe takes a job with Black Patch. Javi still won't forgive Leo. Kate and Philip talk about obtaining Kiriakis from Xander. More spoilers and rumors and previews for next week when we say goodbye to Doug and Mr Bill Hayes. A surprise new relative will arrive in Salem.
