Dj Can. - House/dance Dj Sets From Istanbul/turkey

Another one of my seasonal sets, "Summer 2008" is now online. Compiled of the songs I like listening to most, this set again has been a mixture of the new and the old. Some golden classics are remixed again in 2008 and some brand new songs rocked the scene. Here you have a blend of "best of 2008" nominee songs. A few years later on we'll see if they belong to the best or not, but lets enjoy them for the time being, before the years make a judgement about them :)

I'm a bit frustrated that I can not play this kind of music at clubs here in Istanbul, but this is really the stuff I love! House music with lotsa vocals in, giving me joy and happiness!. This set is the 6th one in series and it has been around 10 months that I released the 5th one. Expect some new hits as well as very cool make-overs of the golden classics. I'm very happy of what this set turned out to be, and I'm sure you all will love it also.

I have been very lazy lately and did not release any sets for like 6 months. Lots of good songs were released meanwhile and I did not want to skip some of them and did not try hard to make a "omg very new songs!" kinda set. This is a small journey through the latest 6 months and is the first one of the year 2008. The Vocal House VI set will hopefully follow very soon. All I need is this lazyness to go away.. shoo!

The 5th one in the Vocal House series in now online. To be honest, this must be the Vocal House set I liked the most. I liked it so much that I did not want to stop with it until I hit the 80 minutes mark (which is the maximum for those who'd burn it on an audio CD). Filled with songs that I liked the most in the recent months, the set is now waiting for you to download. I'm really hoping that you'll like listening to it as much as I do!

It's time for a club house set - blended with my favourite tunes of the summer of 2007, here comes the new extravanagza online. These songs are what I'm actually playing at my new residency @ Barbahce-Istanbul these days. There has been lots of 80's 90's covers released lately, and (as a 80's child myself) was very excited to use some of them in my set. For those of you who don't know about them, I'm sure you're going to love the new remixes of huge dance classics like "Tainted Love", "Show me Love", "I feel Love", "Break for Love" and "Enjoy the Silence" (what's is this all about Love btw?) - Enjoy!
