Oh snap, we’re switching things up this week by showcase the Seattle ska-revival band Easy Big Fella, and their near-perfect third album, Eat at Joey’s. None of that mopey indie rock crap today!

Dolour was a Seattle band that released four albums, three of which are pretty damn good. And last time I checked, .750 is a helluva batting average.

Hailing from New Jersey, The Wrens are the topic of our ninth You Should Know, focusing on their awesome third album, The Meadowlands.

This week’s installment features the San Fransisco alternative/indie rock band Creeper Lagoon, who released a criminally-overlooked debut album I Become Small and Go in 1998, which drew a lot of Pavement comparisons.

In celebration of the holidays, here’s a special edition of You Should Know featuring The Vandals‘ Christmas album, which came out in 1996.
