Call to Worship: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  All things were created through him.  In Him was life, and that life was the light of men.His light shown in the darkness, darkness that was the result of our sin.  This sin was in our hearts, our desperately wicked, self seeking, glory thieving hearts.  He came to his own and his own did not receive him.The Word became flesh and lived among us.  He left the eternal glory of heaven, and the perfect fellowship of the Trinity.  He condescends to us, lives among us, suffers like us, dies for us!
